Return & Refund Policy

At Mold Press, we are committed to delivering top-quality food-grade silicone molds with craftsmanship and care. Because our molds are custom-made to order, we have a strict return policy to ensure food safety and production integrity.


๐Ÿ›‘ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our molds, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The mold was damaged during shipping
  • The mold arrived defective or with a production fault

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged or Defective Molds

If you receive a damaged mold, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mold-press.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the damaged product and packaging

We will evaluate your case and offer a replacement mold if the issue qualifies under our damage or defect policy.


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

We only replace molds if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Replacements will be for the same mold design ordered.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Refunds are considered only:

  • If the mold is not custom-made and unused
  • If the product qualifies as defective or irreparable
  • If cancellation was requested before production begins

Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will notify you and issue the refund via your original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days.


๐ŸŽ Gifts

If the mold was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return (if approved). If not, the refund will go to the original buyer.


๐Ÿ“Œ Please Note

  • Custom-made molds are not eligible for return
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with size or design after production, unless the delivered product does not match the approved design.
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.
